1. Return Eligibility

As we sell customized and personalized sublimation products (such as mouse pads, printed items, and similar goods), returns are only accepted under specific conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • The product received is incorrect or not as described.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Customized or personalized products once printed.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Items returned after 48 hours of delivery without prior approval.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

If the product is not eligible for a refund, we will notify you via email.


4. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Shipping Returns
