How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, select your preferred design or customization, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalization?
Yes! Certain products may be personalized with names or messages. Gift wrapping may also be available for select items. Details will be shown on the product page.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship only within India.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Yes! We occasionally run promotions, sales, and discount codes. Keep an eye on our website or subscribe to our newsletter to receive the latest offers.
Can I order multiple quantities of the same product?
Yes! You can adjust the quantity on the product page or in your cart before checkout. Bulk orders may require additional processing time.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
All available products are listed as “In Stock” on the product page. If an item is out of stock, it will be clearly indicated.
Can I save items in my cart and purchase later?
Yes! Items added to your cart will be saved for your session. If you’re logged in, your cart may be saved for a limited time so you can complete your purchase later.
How do I know my customization is correct?
For personalized products, we provide a preview option during the order process. Please review your text, colors, and design carefully before confirming your order.
What should I do if I face issues adding products to my cart?

Payment Information
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular wallets. Payment options will be displayed during checkout.
Can I pay on delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. Online payment is required to process your order.
Can I use multiple payment methods for a single order?
No, only one payment method per order is allowed.
Is my card information stored on your website?
No. We do not store any card or payment details. All transactions are securely processed through trusted payment gateways.
Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
No, the payment method cannot be changed once the order is placed. If needed, you may cancel the order within 24 hours and place a new order with the correct payment method.
Is it safe to make payments on your website?
Yes. PrintFlow Studio uses secure payment gateways with SSL encryption, ensuring your payment details remain confidential and safe.
I made a payment but my order hasn’t been confirmed. What should I do?
If your payment was successful but your order is not confirmed, please contact us at support@printflowstudio.shop with your payment details. We will verify and confirm your order promptly.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes! After your order is confirmed, a digital invoice will be sent to your registered email. You can download or print it for your records.
What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, please check your payment details, ensure sufficient balance, and try again. If the issue persists, contact your bank or reach out to us at support@printflowstudio.shop.
Are there any extra charges for online payment?
No. There are no hidden or extra charges for using online payment methods. The total amount shown at checkout is what you will pay.
Orders and Returns
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your order directly on the courier’s website.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged products. Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be made via the original payment method.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@printflowstudio.shop with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Non-defective products or items without damage cannot be returned. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
You can request an address change within 24 hours of placing your order. After the order is processed or shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
What happens if my order is delivered to the wrong address due to my mistake?
We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers. You may request a re-delivery at your expense.
How long does it take to replace a product?
Replacement for defective or damaged products is usually processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your request and inspect the item.
