  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time, which will be clearly communicated at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days (where available)

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Occasionally, free shipping offers may be available, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your shipment directly with the courier service.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we ship only within India.

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@printflowstudio.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement or refund.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost orders caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.
